Join us for an HMH Wide Multimodality Imaging Conference as we review complex cardiovascular cases that require integration of multiple advanced imaging modalities for accurate diagnosis, risk stratification, and management. The discussion will include multimodality imaging correlation, evolving imaging protocols, emerging technologies, and guideline directed imaging strategies for conditions such as ischemic heart disease, cardiomyopathies, infiltrative diseases, valvular heart disease, and structural interventions.

1. Describe each case and the different modalities used to diagnose: i.e. echocardiogram; transesophageal echocardiogram; CT; Cardiac MRI; Nuclear and other modalities;
2. Evaluate each case in all aspects of care to promote education and safety; State ways in which performance improvement changes might lead to reduce future risks, optimize outcomes and quality.

NJ Board of Nursing (NJAC 13:37-5.3) states: “A registered professional nurse or licensed practical nurse may obtain continuing education hours from the following: (d)3. Successful completion of continuing medical education courses recognized by the American Medical Association, the American Osteopathic Association or the American Podiatric Medical Association: one hour for each 60 minutes of attendance” therefore, CME credits obtained today may be used in place of nursing contact hours.
